It's Back!

For unexplained reasons, this site was shut down a few months. It was not my doing, not my fault, not my request, But when I realized I could not log on, one cold hard fact came to mind - I didn't back up everything I wrote!!!!!!!!!!!

DUMMY!!!!!!!!!!

I was depressed....

The moments I had inspiration and put pen to paper come and go. There are more days than not where nothing comes out, no desire to share my feelings, not one thing can be put down no matter how hard I try. Then there are the times when the words pour out like hot chocolate on a cold day. It's always a surprise when I go back to read what just flowed and I realize I don't have to change a word. How can that be??? I don't know but since those moments are rare, I knew I wouldn't be able to re-create the feelings I had written in the past and I was crushed. Some of my best work was lost!

Dang......

Fast-forward to a week ago and I was getting ready for work and as always, I check the site to see if blogger.com had seen the error of its ways and reinstated my site. To my shock and everlasting joy, it was back! I wanted to jump up and down, scream to everyone, you know make a fuss - but those who know me KNOW that's not ME, so I just smiled and QUICKLY backed up everything I had posted. It took a while but at least I have some peace of mind knowing if it happens again, I'm covered!

WHEW!

Moral of the story - BACK UP WHATEVER YOU MIGHT LOSE FOREVER IF IT WOULD UPSET YOU!!
