It's a question I've posed in passing before, but I'm asking directly now. I have a couple friends that give me the nice, positive feedback and it IS appreciated. They could read something I wrote that I think is AWFUL and they would still like it. They encourage and inspire constantly. But I would like to know why someone who knows NOTHING of me stops by. Where did they get the link to come over to my Ramblings? What did they think about it? Will they come back?
These are all questions I would LOVE to know....
Every writer wants an audience. For the most part, we all want to kickstart your thinking about whatever we go on about. I am no different. The stories I have heard from readers in the past made me smile every time. Why am I thinking about this?
January was the most views I have had in any month since this site began, so once I absorbed that fact, I wondered why? I only posted nine times, with no one entry gaining a wider audience than the rest. In no particular order, I wrote on writing (twice), Stacey Dash, Single Moms, My President, Powerball (twice), self-gratification, and injured animals. Some may find my lack of a consistent topic refreshing or at least interesting while others may find it a nuisance. 1745 visits is quite a lot in my eyes. In ONE month. More than I could imagine when all this started. Hopefully much more to come....
Anyone care to share????
